Magdalena Lateva is attorney at law mainly focused on the field of Corporate and Commercial law, Public Procurement, PPP and Concessions, Energy, Transport and Transport Infrastructure, Banking, Tort law and Litigation/Arbitration.
She has acted as an adviser in a number of corporate transactions and project developments. Magdalena Lateva has also extensive experience in advising clients in the field of compliance. She has advised a commercial bank in collection (collecting) of the bankruptcy mass. She has experience in Tort law and personal injury trials. In 2014 Magdalena became a member of the Audit Committee of Bulgarian Energy Holding. In 2018 she was elected by the Minister of Energy for a new three years membership.

Magdalena Lateva is a Certified Internal Auditor in the Public Sector and Certified Mediator. Lateva is a Certified Data Protection Officer.
She has completed more than 30 trainings in Austria, Germany and Bulgaria related to EU Tort law, EU Transport law, Legal English, Property Law, Social and Labor law, investment projects, effective management, Litigation, Arbitration, etc.
